Support Portal Homepage

Click Sign In (If you do not have a credential, please create a new account - Create an Account.)

Enter your TeamDynamix admin credentials

Sign In Page

- Then select “Submit TDX Issue” or “Ask TDX Question”

Provide the following information:

Ticket Form Overview
View your Requests

Ticket Requests
-
Be clear and concise in your description
-
Include exact error messages
-
Provide step-by-step reproduction details
-
Attach screenshots whenever possible
If you cannot access the support portal:

Verify your login permissions

Try a different browser or network
-
Create a new account
