Prerequisites

  • Admin or authorized access to the TeamDynamix support portal

  • Valid login credentials


Steps to Submit a Ticket

Step 1: Access the Support Portal

Step 2: Sign In

  • Click Sign In (If you do not have a credential, please create a new account - Create an Account.)

  • Enter your TeamDynamix admin credentials

Step 3: Create a New Support Request

  • From the homepage, select:

    • “Contact Support”

  • Then select “Submit TDX Issue” or “Ask TDX Question”

Step 4: Complete the Ticket Form

Provide the following information:

  • Title

  • Request Type (if available)

  • Description

  • Attachments

  • Urgency

Step 5: Submit the Ticket

  • Click Submit

  • A confirmation message and ticket ID will be generated


After Submission

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • Track updates through the support portal

Best Practices

  • Be clear and concise in your description

  • Include exact error messages

  • Provide step-by-step reproduction details

Troubleshooting

If you cannot access the support portal:

  • Verify your login permissions

  • Try a different browser or network

  • Create a new account
