The First Step
Complete a project request. The project request form is designed to capture enough information to answer two key questions.
- Does this technology request meet the needs of the university and it's strategic plan?
- Does this request have the appropriate executive level sponsorship?
The Next Steps
Once a Project Intake Form is submitted, our team begins by analyzing the request to understand its scope and alignment with institutional needs. We then meet with the requesting department to gather additional details, clarify requirements, and assess any dependencies or impacts. We follow the Project Management Life cycle to provide a structured approach for organizing and managing all aspects of a project, ensuring that it is completed successfully and meets its intended goals.
