What Is It?

Faculty and staff can check out media equipment for use in classrooms and at university-related functions and events. The equipment is available at the Support Center for check out. Students cannot check out equipment

Where Can I Get It?

The Equipment Checkout service offers faculty, staff, and student organizations access to a wide range of equipment for academic and event-related use. It's important to note that equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be used within the university premises. However, there are exceptions for projectors, screens, and camera recorders, which may be used outside the university with prior approval.

To obtain the equipment, users will need to submit a work request. Availability can vary, so it is highly recommended to plan ahead and make requests in advance to ensure that the equipment you need is available when you need it.

How Do I Use It?

Most of our equipment does not require any special training to use. However, if you or your team need some training on a particular piece of equipment, please indicate this when submitting your work request. This will allow us to provide the necessary support and resources to ensure you are fully equipped to use the equipment efficiently.
