Where Can I Get It?
The OIT Support Center is the point-of-contact when looking to have content added to the (OIT) computer screensaver system and TV content system.
How Do I Use It?
Content should be submitted via email to the OIT Support Center for review. The submission should include:
- The content file(s) itself
- For static images like JPG or PNG files, a "widescreen" or landscape format always has a better presence on the TVs and computer monitors
- JPG/JPEG and PNG files are ideal, however any file format is accepted
- Images that are at least 1920 x 1080 pixels in size (1920 width by 1080 height) always look the best
- Larger than that is fine, however smaller than that can sometimes result in reduced image quality when viewed on the TVs and computers
- The computer screensavers unfortunately only support static images, but the TV systems display both static images and videos
- For video submissions, we kindly ask that they don't exceed 1 minute in length as this helps to ensure all the submissions experience ample screen time
- The date for the content to begin being displayed, and the date the content needs to be removed
