What Is It?
OIT's Academic Computing group offers open access computer labs in several locations, both on Clear Lake and Pearland Campuses. The labs are equipped with powerful desktop computers for students to use for course-related assignments and research, as well as to become familiar with, and utilize, both standard and spcialized software used in association with their classes. All labs are staffed with part-time student lab assistants to support the users. Free printing is also provided for all currently enrolled students by presenting their UHCL student IDs.
