What Is It?
Faculty and students may obtain contact information for instructional applications for which the vendors provide technical support, including exam proctoring (Respondus LDB and ProctorU) and third-party publisher tools used within Canvas (LMS), including Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Cengage, Macmillan, WileyPLUS,etc.

Tools are deployed within Canvas via an LTI integration from the vendor's off-site system. IDT Team members have no access to these vendor systems for troubleshooting.issue resolution.
