TouchNet Sunset Notice for Clear and Clear-To-API

Issue

We received a bulletin from TouchNet stating they would end support for OneCard Clear & Clear-to-API on June 17th, 2022. They are referenced their FAQs. Our API connections are developed by UH, via Tuong Ho. 

Action Taken

  1. March 10, 2022  - Ed Puckett reached out to Tuong Ho at UH to make make sure see if this bulletin applied to our TouchNet API.,

  2. March 22, 2022 - Tuong Ho responded with "the feed you may be referring to is probably the one from PeopleSoft, and would not be affected by this Clear service"
