Qualtrics does support collaboration with external users, even when using Single Sign-On (SSO).
For external staff to collaborate on the project:
- They must have an active Qualtrics account (through another institution, or an individual license).
- UHCL owner can share the survey with the external staff through Qualtrics, which will generate a secure collaboration code.
- The external collaborator can then log in to their own Qualtrics account and accept access to the shared project.
