This document is meant to be a guide to the required implementation decisions as well as providing the technical information needed to implement PayMyTuition’s Payment, Refund, eStatement, Payment Plan, and eCommerce products within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Real-time communication between PayMyTuition and PeopleSoft are facilitated using locally installed web service (Integration Broker). These web services are used to retrieve and update information in PeopleSoft, for example to select Refunds to process or update the status of a Refund.
An Activity dashboard is provided for administrators to view, from one page, activity specific to PayMyTuition. This includes all Payment and Refund activity as well as any Warnings or Errors as a result of the downstream posting processes (ex. COBOL).
