To provide clear instructions for logging into the OIT Service Portal (OIT TeamDynamix) so users can access support services, submit tickets, and manage their IT-related requests.

There are two ways to access the Portal:

Option 1: Via go.uhcl.edu

1. Navigate to go.uhcl.edu.
2. Locate and click on the OIT Service Portal icon or you can use this link directly Client Portal Home

       

        3. When prompted, log in using your UHCL Campus credentials

        4. To submit a ticket:

• Click the Submit an OIT Work Request button on the homepage.

        5. To view your tickets, locate your name in the top right-hand corner.

• Click on TDNext.

Option 2: Direct Link to OIT TDX Production

        1. Go directly to the https://oituhcl.teamdynamix.com

         2. Consider bookmarking the link for easy future access.

         3.Once logged in: select Users to access the TDNext portal .
